Light Chronicles: Negative Thought Patterns

I Love Myself so completely,  I have no fear of others seeing Me, either the outer shell of Me or My inner True Self. I do not fear judgement from others or negativity dispensed by the other Kids in the Proverbial Sandbox in any way, shape or form.  Neither should You.

There is no resolution found in Negative thought patterns. Negative thoughts have no redeemable value. They do not serve Your True Self as they are simply not rooted in any Truth whatsoever.  

I'm not talking about other People's negative thought patterns.  I'm speaking directly to YOU. I am talking about the only negative thought patterns for which You maintain control, Your Own. 

Here's the thing.  If a Kid walks up to You in the sand box and says, "You're stupid." You defend Yourself.  "I'm not stupid,  I made an A on My math test." If You tell Yourself You are stupid, You create an unnecessary negative thought pattern that stays with You until You break it down and clean it out of Your system.  If You take negative thoughts others send Your way to Heart, these thoughts are woven into the negative thought fabric making it harder to break up and clean out. 

Resolution only happens when You work to break down negative thought patterns and clean them out of Your brain space. You are the only one capable of cleaning negative thought patterns out of Your brain space because You are solely responsible for creating them.  

TRUTH

You are Beautiful Soul.

You are absolutely worthy of Love no matter what circumstances allowed You to create the negative thought patterns or how long You have maintained them. 

I already see Your True Self. All I see is Positive Universe Potential.  

I Love each and every one of You as Your True Selves, not as Your negative thought patterns.
